Mary L. Johnson joined Rainbow Research in 2007 as Finance and Human Resources Manager.  She brings more than 20 years experience in all aspects of small business management in a variety of settings. Most recently, she focused on clinic management in the healthcare industry.

Johnson’s role at Rainbow Research includes management of the organization’s financial and human resource functions as well as marketing communications and office management.

Johnson holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota, along with three years of graduate research and course work in the same field. This educational background, along with her extensive business experience, positions her uniquely to contribute in nonprofit management.

Outside the office, Mary enjoys training in dressage competition with her horse, gardening, and activities with her 2 adult sons.
