Evaluation Methods:
Descriptive evaluation describes the performance of a program in words through direct observation (in contrast, quantitative evaluation uses numbers through systematic data collection).
Descriptive evaluation is especially suitable in cases where quantitative measures are not easily applicable, for example, in youth leadership programs where the evaluator has to assess responsibility, integrity, and maturity of participants.
