Evaluation Methods:
Action research is a collaborative inquiry whereby the evaluator and stakeholders work together to systematically identify a problem, gather and present data, find and implement a solution, assess the outcome, and if they are not successful or satisfied, repeat the steps on an ongoing, cyclical basis.
Participation of, and collaboration with, stakeholders are key attributes of this method because people learn best and use what they have learned when they are actively involved in the process.
