Instrumentation and Measurement:
Like focus groups, interviews are conducted with evaluation and program/initiative stakeholders.
They can be conducted in person or over the phone, with one individual or a group of individuals at the same time who comprise a representative sample of the stakeholders. The questions asked are generally open-ended and responses are documented in full, through detailed note-taking or transcription.
