Rainbow Research conducted an assessment of the implementation of a community-building model for The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven (CFGNH). In 1999, CFGNH launched a major redesign of its programmatic work – adopting an integrated “community-building” model, which meant broadening programmatic activities to foster collaborative efforts and partnerships, convene broad ranges of community stakeholders, and invest more resources in capacity building.
