Rainbow Research conducted an assessment of the Hazen Foundation’s 1999 strategic plan implementation results in two program areas – Public Education and Youth Development. These programs invest in education and youth organizing as strategies to improve schools and develop youth leadership. The assessment was intended to inform Hazen trustees and staff as they conduct a new strategic planning process and set strategic direction for the period 2004-2010.
