The primary goal of the Achieve!Minneapolis Career and College Initiative is to develop and sustain a system to ensure that all Minneapolis Public Schools high school students plan for their futures. Achieve!Minneapolis has contracted with Rainbow to conduct a formative evaluation of the initiative, in order to provide information on the effectiveness of the early implementation of the initiative and recommendations for improvement.
