Rainbow administers surveys in person, by mail, by telephone, and online. We plan, design and administer surveys with consideration for the subject matter, intended use of the findings, available time and resources, culture, literacy, location and other attributes of the population being surveyed.
Web-based surveys have been a particularly efficient and economical method of collecting data from programs, organizations, or groups of individuals that are numerous and geographically dispersed.
The survey process includes data analysis and reports on findings.
Rainbow Research partners with the Minnesota Center for Survey Research to implement telephone surveys using the random-digit dialing method.
