Rainbow Research, Inc. is conducting an external evaluation of the Healthy Eating Minnesota (HEM) Initiative for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
Rainbow Research is also providing technical assistance to HEM Communities, building the capacity of these organizations to design and conduct small-scale, outcome-focused evaluations of their own work.
